摘　　要：目的探讨开展母亲心理疏导对提升新生儿先天性心脏病(CHD)预后的价值。方法纳入接受治疗的CHD患儿86例随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,均采用相同基础护理方案,观察组同时强化母亲心理疏导,持续至出院3个月。应用照顾者自我知识量表、自我效能量表评价护理前后母亲家庭护理技能,测量患儿左室射血分数(LVEF)、血氧饱和度(Sp O2)评价患儿预后情况。结果两组患儿出院时样本资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院3个月后,观察组照顾者自我知识量表、自我效能量表得分明显高于对照组,患儿LVEF、Sp O2明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论母亲心理疏导有助于提升其自我知识及自我效能水平,进而显著提升新生儿CHD预后,值得推广。Objective To explore the value of maternal psychological guidance for improving prognosis of neonatal congenital heart diseases （CHD） . Methods Eighty-six CHD neonates were treated and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 43 neo-nates in each group. All the neonates in the two groups were treated by the same basic nursing program, while the neonates in observation group were treated by maternal psychological counseling, which lasted until 3 months after leaving the hospital. Self-Knowledge Scale and Self-Efficacy Scale were used to evaluate maternal nursing skills before and after maternal psychological counseling; left ventricular ejection fraction （LYEF） and blood oxygen saturation （ SpO2） were measured to evaluate the prognosis of neonates. Results There was no statisti- cally significant difference in the clinical data between the two groups when leaving the hospital （P〉0. 05） ; at 3 months after discharge, the scores of Self-Knowledge Scale and Self-Efficacy Scale, LVEF, and SpO2 in observation group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group （P〈0. 05） . Conclusion Maternal psychological counseling can improve the levels of self-knowledge and self-effi- cacy and significantly improve prognosis of CHD neonates, which is worth promoting.
