摘 要:目的研究利川市土家族与汉族女性中MTHFR及MTRR基因的单核苷酸多态性分布特征。方法通过横断面调查研究方法,以利川市209名土家族和253名汉族女性为研究对象,检测其叶酸代谢过程中编码关键酶的相关基因MTHFR C677T、A1298C和MTRR A66G基因位点多态性,统计分析该地区基因多态性的分布特征,并与已报到其他地区少数民族女性数据进行统计学比较。结果该地区的土家族MTHFR C677T、A1298C和MTRR A66G基因型频率与等位基因频率与汉族女性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);土家族女性MTHFR C677T的基因型和等位基因频率与延边朝鲜族、银川回族、南宁壮族、柳州苗族、三亚黎族女性比较,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),MTHFR A1298C的基因型和等位基因频率与三亚黎族、南宁壮族、柳州苗族女性比较,差异有统计学意义,(P均<0.05)。MTRR A66G的基因型和等位基因频率与乌鲁木齐维吾尔族、银川回族、三亚黎族女性比较,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论利川市土家族女性具有不同于其他地区少数民族的MTHFR和MTRR基因多态性分布特征。Objective To investigate the distribution characteristics of methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) and methionine synthase (MTRR) gene polymorphisms among Tujia nationality women and Han women in Lichuan city. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted to survey 209 Tujia nationality women and 253 Han women, MTHFR C677T, A1298C and MTRR A66G gene polymorphisms were detected, the distribution characteristics were analyzed statistically, then the results were compared with the data of WOnlen of ethnic mi- norities in other regions. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the frequencies of MTHFR C677T, A1298C and MTRR A66G genotypes and alleles between Tujia nationality women and Han women (P〉0. 05) . There were statistically significant differences in the frequencies of MTHFR C677T genotypes and alleles between Tujia nationality women and Korean women from Yanbian city, Hui women from Yinchuan city, Zhuang women from Nanning city, Miao women from Liuzhou city, and Li women from Sanya city (P〈0. 05) . There were statistically significant differences in the frequencies of MTHFR A1298C genotypes and alleles between Tujia nationality women and Li women from Sanya city, Zhuang women from Nanning city, Miao women from Liuzhou city ( P〈0. 05 ) . There were statistically significant differences in the frequencies of MTRR A66G genotypes and alleles between Tujia nationality women and Uyghur women from Urumchi city, Hui women from Yinchuan city, Li women from Sanya city (P〈0.05) . Conclusion The distribution characteristics of MTHFR and MTRR genes polymorphisms among Tujia nationality women are different from the women of ethnic minorities in uther regions.
