浅谈医学工程专业队伍在医院中的管理模式

摘　　要：如何充分利用和发挥先进医疗设备的作用,是医院中一项重要管理课题。一方面要有一支素质很高的医生和操作技术人员队伍,也更需要一支素质很高的工程技术人员队伍来从事设备维护和保养工作。目前大中型医院中医学工程专业队伍有分散和集中管理两种模式,多数医院采取分散管理模式,而我院属集中管理模式。随着我院先进医疗设备的引进,医学工程技术人员队伍不断壮大,为医院现代化建设做出了应有的贡献。How to make full use of and play the role of advanced medical equipment,hospital is an important management issue.Want to have a high quality of doctors and operation technical personnel team,must have a high quality team of engineering and technical personnel,to work in the equipment maintenance and maintenance.At present,large and medium-sized hospitals in TCM decentralized management and centralized management engineering team has two modes.Most hospitals adopt decentralized management mode,and the hospital is a centralized management mode.With the introduction of advanced medical equipment,medical engineering technicians in our team has grown,made due contribution to the hospital modernization construction.
