关于原发性闭角型青光眼临床前期眼与窄房角正常眼的解剖结构的比较分析

摘　　要：目的：对比原发性闭角型青光眼临床前期眼与窄房角正常眼的解剖结构。方法：2014年1月～2014年12月,医院诊断的窄房角正常眼患者20例35眼纳入对照组,同期收治诊断的慢性闭角型青光眼（chronic angle closure glaucoma,CACG）患者30例51眼纳入研究组,采用超声生物显微镜检查,对比中央前房深度（Anterior chamber depth,ACD）、房角开放程度（anterionr chamber angle,AA）、前房容积（anterior chamber Volume,ACV）、前房夹角（anterior chamber angle,ACA）、小梁网睫状突距离（trabecular-cailiart process distance,TCPD）、B角、t。结果：研究组ACD、ACV、从、TCPD、B角、t值低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组与对照组ACA差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：窄房角正常眼与CACG前房、虹膜、后房等解剖结构存在一定的差异,但窄房角正常眼可视为CACG的前期病变,有必要采取更积极的管理策略。Objective Preclinical contrast of primary angle-closure glaucoma eyes with narrow normal eye corner of anatomical structures.Methods Choose between January 2014 and December 2014,our hospital diagnosis of narrow normal eye corner 20 cases（35 eyes into the control group,patients with the same period were diagnosed 30 cases of patients with chronic angle-closure glaucoma（CACG） 51 eyes into the team.The ultrasonic inspection of biological microscope,can be compared to the central anterior chamber depth（ACD）,open corner（AA）,anterior chamber volume（ACV）,anterior chamber Angle（ACA）,trabecular meshwork ciliary process distance（TCPD）,B Angle,T value.Results For ACD,ACV,AA,TCPD listed,B Angle,T value,the team is lower than the control group,the difference is statistically significant（P 0.05];For ACA,the team there was no statistically significant difference compared with control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Narrow normal eye corner and CACG anterior chamber,iris,posterior chamber,such as there was some difference of anatomical structures,but narrow normal eye corner can be regarded as CACG precancerous lesion,it is necessary to take a more active management strategy.
