摘　　要：目的：描述血液透析患者自我护理能力现状,探讨血液透析患者自我护理能力的影响因素。方法：采用自我护理能力测定量表,对195例血液透析患者自我护理能力及其影响因素进行调查。结果：195例血液透析患者自我护理能力总分为（134.77±29.02）分,处于中高等水平。文化程度在大专以上、已婚与离婚的血液透析患者自我护理能力评分均高于文化程度在小学及以下、初中与丧偶的患者（P〈0.01～P〈0.05）。经多元线性回归分析,影响血液透析患者自我护理能力的主要因素是文化程度（P〈0.01）。结论：针对影响血液透析患者自我护理能力的因素,采取有效措施,可进一步提高自我护理能力。Objective： To investigate the self-care ability and its influencing factors in hemodialysis patients. Methods： The self-care ability and its influencing factors in 195 hemodialysis patients were investigated using the self-care ability scale（ ESCA）. Results： The total score of self-care ability in 195 hemodialysis patients was（ 134. 77 ± 29. 02）,which was at a higher level. There was higher score of self-care ability in patients with hemodialysis who were of vocational school and above education,married or divorced than those who were of primary school and below education,widowed,respectively（ P〈0. 01 ～ P〈0. 05）. The multiple linear regression analysis showed that the education degree was the main influencing factor on the self-care ability. Conclusions： According to the affecting factors of self-care ability in hemodialysis patients,some effective measures should be taken to further improve the self-care ability.
