杨洪涛运用麻黄桂枝各半汤治疗慢性肾功能衰竭瘙痒症经验

摘　　要：肺脾肾三脏功能失司,津液代谢异常,致使水湿浊毒内聚,不能从水道排出,脾肾阴阳衰惫,湿浊毒邪浸淫肌肤则致皮肤瘙痒。治疗宜发汗散邪,调和营卫,治当小发其汗,桂枝麻黄各半汤由麻黄汤与桂枝汤各取三分之一合并而成,旨在使桂枝汤调和营卫而不留邪,麻黄汤解表发汗而不伤正。Dysfunction of the lung, the spleen and the kidney leads to disorder of fluid metabolism, dampness and turbidity accu- mulation failing to emit from the waterways, yin-yang deficiency of the spleen and kidney, so damp and turbid toxin invades the muscles and the skin, giving rise to itching. The treating principle should be sweating to eliminate pathogenic factors, regulating yingqi and weiqi. Mabuang Guizhi Geban Decoction （MHGZGBD） is composed of one third of Ephecha Decoction and one third Cinnamon Twig Decoction. Cinnamon Twig Decoction can regulate yingqi and weiqi without retaining pathogens, while Ephedra Decoction can relieve the superficies by sweating without hurting healthy qi.
