丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗肺原性心脏病合并椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗肺原性心脏病合并椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年3月—2014年12月本院收治的肺原性心脏病合并椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者74例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组37例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上加用丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗。结果:两组患者肺原性心脏病疗效比较,研究组有效率94.59%,对照组有效率75.68%,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕疗效比较,研究组有效率94.59%,对照组有效率81.08%,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后SGRQ评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗肺原性心脏病合并椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕疗效显著,可有效改善患者的各项临床症状,显著提升患者的生活质量。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection on pulmonary heart dis- ease combined with vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo. Methods：Seventy-four patients with pulmonary heart disease com- bined with vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo who were treated in our hospital between March of 2012 and December of 2014 were divided into the research group and the control group according to random numbers, with 37 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine treatment, while the ones in the research group were added salvia mihiorrhiza and li- gustrazine injection based on the treatment of the control group. Results：In terms of the curative effect on pulmonary heart dis- ease, the effective rate of the research group was 94.59%, while that of the control group was 75.68% ;And the research group was better than the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. In terms of the curative effect on ertebro-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo,the ef- fective rate of the research group was 94.59% ,while that of the control group was 81.08% ;And the research group was better than the control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment,SGRQ of the researeh group was better than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Salvia mihiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection as a remarkable elinical curative effect on pulmonary heart dis- ease combined with vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo,can effectively improve each clinical symptom of the patients, and enhance their quality life.
