含附子方剂在慢性肝炎治疗中的应用

摘　　要：慢性肝炎多由于正气不足,邪毒内侵所致。由于本病多使用清热解毒,清热泻火的苦寒之剂,加之本病病程较长,病势缠绵,宜导致人体脾肾阳气受到损伤。附子能回阳救逆,祛寒燥湿,温补肾火。笔者运用以附子为主药的方剂治疗慢性肝炎疗效显著,如茵陈术附汤、四逆汤、实脾散、真武汤,能使病邪得以清除,病情得以缓解。附子为有毒之品,在临床运用过程中,应炮制先煎等减轻毒性,严格掌握用药剂量,避免出现毒付反应。Chronic hepatitis is mainly due to deficient healthy qi and pathogenic toxin invading into the body. The disease is often treated with drugs with bitter and cold features to expel toxin by cooling mid remove heat by purgation;What＇s ruore, it has a long disease course and lingering tendency, so tile body＇s spleen-kidney yang qi is often damaged. Fuzi （ Radix Aconiti Lateralis Pra- eparata） can revive yang for resuscitation, remove cohl and dry dampness, warm and nourish kidney fire. So the author of the thesis adopts prescriptions with Fuzi to treat chronic hepatitis ,and has achieved a remarkable curative effect, for example, Herbae Artemisi- ae and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Aconite Decoction, Frigid Extremities Decoction,Spleen-Strengthening Powder,True Warrior Decoction can completely eliminate pathogens ,and relieve disease. Fuzi has toxin, so in clinical practice ,its toxin should be relieved by using processing; Besides,its dose should also be strictly controlled in order to avoid poisoning adverse reactions.
