益髓理血饮治疗骨髓增生异常综合征RA型31例

摘　　要：目的:观察益髓理血饮治疗骨髓增生异常综合征RA型(myelodysplastic syndrome-RA,MDS-RA)的临床疗效。方法:31例MDS-RA患者给予中药复方益髓理血饮(药物组成:熟地黄、天冬、人参、淫羊藿、黄芪、当归、枳实、柴胡、土茯苓)进行治疗,2个月为1个疗程。观察患者贫血、出血、发热等临床症状,血常规、骨髓细胞学检查和骨髓活检及远期疗效等情况。结果:31例患者完全缓解10例,部分缓解14例,进步4例,失败3例,有效率为77.76%。治疗1个疗程后,临床症状改善较为显著,实验室指标也得到了明显改善,尤其是在血红蛋白的提升方面,随着治疗疗程的增加,效果更加显著(P<0.01)。结论:益髓理血饮治疗MDS-RA疗效显著,临床症状改善明显。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Yisui Lixue Decoction（YSLXD） on myelodysplastic syndromes-RA （MDS-RA）. Methods：Thirty-one patients with MDS-RA were treated with compound TCM YSLXD,and 2 months were regarded as one course. The Drug composition is as follows ：Shudihuang（ Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata） ,Tiandong（ Radix Asparagi ） , Ren- shen（ Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng）, Yinyanggao（ Herba Epimedii ）, Huangqi （ Radix Astragali ） , Danggui （ Radix Angelicae Sinen- sis）, Zhishi （ Fructus Aurantii Immaturus ）, Chaihu （ Radix Bupleuri ） and Tufuling （ Poria ）. Then lhe patients＇ clinical symptoms such as anemia,bleeding,fever, blood routine, bone marrow biopsy, bone marrow biopsy and its long-term ctIralivc effect were ob- served. Resuhs：Among the 31 cases,, 10 were completely relieved;14 were partly relieved;4 were improved;3 failed;and the effective rate 77.76%. After one treatment course,the clinical symptoms were improved ;The lab indicators were also obviously improved,especially hemoglobin which increased more with the added treatment courses （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： YSLXD has a re- markable clinical curative effect on MI）S-RA,and can obviously improve the clinical symptoms.
