中西医结合治疗甲状腺功能亢进42例

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗甲状腺功能亢进的临床疗效。方法:将82例甲状腺功能亢进患者随机分为观察组42例与对照组40例。对照组单独使用甲巯咪唑片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合应用当归六黄汤,观察记录两组患者临床症状、甲状腺功能[游离三碘甲状腺激素(free three iodine thyroid hormone,FT3)、游离四碘甲状腺激素(Free four iodine thyroid hormone,FT4)、促甲状腺素受体抗体(thyrotropin receptor antibody,TRAb))及促甲状腺激素(thyroid stimulating hormone,TSH)]变化、不良反应及复发率情况。结果:对照组有效率为77.50%,观察组有效率为90.47%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者FT3、FT4和TRAb均较治疗前降低,TSH升高,且观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率与复发率均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗甲状腺功能亢进具有较好的临床疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on hyperthyroidism. Methods：Eighty-two patients with hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into the observation group and the con- trol group ,with 42 and 40 cases respectively in each group. The ones in the control group were only given thianmzole tablets for treatment ,while the ones in the observation group were added Chinese Angelica Six Yellow Decoction based on the treatment of the control group. Then the two groups＇ clinical symptoms, free three iodine thyroid hormone （ FT3 ） , Free four iodine thyroid hor- mone （FT4） ,thyrotropin receptor antibody（TRAb） ） ,andthyroid stimulating hormone （TSH） changes, adverse reactions and re- currence rates were observed and recorded. Results ：The effective rate of the control grotlp was 77.50% ,while that of the observa- tion group was 90.47% ; And the difference between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, FT3, FT4 and TRAb of the two groups were ＇all reduced, but their TSH increased;The observation group was better than the control group; And all the differences between them had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. The adverse reactions and recurrence rates of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group;And all the differences between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a very good clinical curative effect on hyperthyroidism.
