犀角地黄汤治疗小儿过敏性紫癜临床研究

摘　　要：目的：观察犀角地黄汤治疗小儿过敏性紫癜临床疗效。方法：将90例过敏性紫癜患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。对照组患儿给予给予抗过敏药,口服西咪替丁,5-10 mg·kg-1,每日3次,待症状缓解后减量治疗,同时给予钙剂,维生素C,潘生丁等综合治疗。观察组在对照组基础上给予犀角地黄汤口服。连续治疗4周。观察两组患儿治疗前后皮肤紫癜、腹痛、关节肿痛以及血尿、蛋白尿、便血等临床症状或体征改善情况,记录各项指标消失时间,同时进行疗效评价。结果：观察组患儿皮肤紫癜、腹痛、关节肿痛、消化道反应等症状消失时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。对照组有效率为60.0%,观察组有效率为91.1%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：犀角地黄汤治疗小儿过敏性紫癜临床疗效确切。Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of Modified Rhinoceros Horn and Rehmannia Decoction on allergic purpura. Methods：Ninety patients with allergic purpura were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 45 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine medicine to treat allergy, for example, cimetidine for oral administration, according to 5-10 mg·kg-1 standard each time, and three times a day. The dosage were properly decreased when the symptoms were alleviated, and were given calcium, vitamin c, and dipyridamole for comprehensive treatment at the same time. while the ones in the observation group were added Rhinoceros Horn and Rehmannia Decoction for oral administration based on the treatment of the control group. The patients were treated for 4 weeks continuously. Then the two groups＇ clinical symptoms such as skin＇s purpura,abdominal pain,joint pain, hematuria, proteinuria, blood in the stool, etc. and the physical sign improve- ment before and after the treatment were observed, the time for each index＇s disappearance was recorded, and the clinical curative effects were assessed. Resuhs ：The disappearance time of symptoms such as purpura, abdominal pain,joint pain,digestive tract re- action of the observation group was obviously shorter than that of the control ;And the differences between them had statistical sig- nificance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The effective rate of the control group was 60.0%, while that of the observation group was 91.1% ; And the difference between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Rhinoceros Horn and Rehmannia Decoction has re- markable clinical curative effect on allergic purpura.
