祛痰清窍汤联合鼓膜置管术治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎45例

摘　　要：目的:观察祛痰清窍汤联合鼓膜置管术治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年2月—2015年2月在本院接受治疗的慢性分泌性中耳炎患者90例,按照随机数字分组法分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各45例。观察组采用祛痰清窍汤联合鼓膜置管术治疗,对照组只采用鼓膜置管术治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、并发症发生率以及复发率。结果:观察组有效率为85.25%,对照组有效率为66.10%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率为8.20%,对照组复发率为22.03%,两组复发率比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:祛痰清窍汤联合鼓膜置管术治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎临床效果显著,且并发症发生率较低、复发率小。Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of Qutan Qingqiao Decoction （QTQQD） in combination with myringoto- my surgery, on chronic secretory otitis media. Methods ：Ninety patients with chronic secretoryotitis media who were treated in our hospital between Feb. of 2013 and Feb. of 2015 were divided into the ubselwatinn group and the eontrol group according to random numbers,with 45 cases in each group. Observation group were given QTQQD in combination with myringotomy surgery, Control group were only given myringotomy surgery.. Then the clinical curative effects,the incidence of complications and recurrence rate of the two groups were observed. Results：The effective rate of the observation group was 85.25% ,while that of the control group was 66.10% ;And the differenee between them had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. The iueidence of complications of the ob- servation group was obviously lower than that of the control group;And the difference between them had statistieal significance （P 〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of the ohservatiun grnup was 8.20%, while that of the control group was 22.03% ;And the differ- ence between them had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conelusion：QTQQD in eondfination with myringotomy surgery onhas a remarkable clinical curative effect on chronic secretory otitis media with low incidence of complieations and recurrence rate.
