伤科黄药治疗早期胫腓骨骨折70例

摘　　要：目的:观察伤科黄药治疗早期胫腓骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:将140例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各70例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予伤科黄药外敷治疗,观察两组患者的疼痛疗效及肿胀消退疗效。结果:疼痛疗效:治疗组有效率为63%,对照组有效率为44%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肿胀疗效:治疗组有效率为68%,对照组有效率为59%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:伤科黄药治疗早期胫腓骨骨折疗效显著,可缓解患者的疼痛及肿胀程度。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of traumatology xanthate on early fracture of tibia and fibula. Methods： One hundred and forty patients with early fracture of tibia and fibula were randomly divided into the control group and the treat- ment group, with 70 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine treatment, while the ones in the treat- ment group were added traumatology xanthate for external application based oil the treatment of the control group. Then the two groups＇ clinical curative effects of pain and swelling disappearance were observed. Results ： In terms of the curative effect of pain, the effective rate of the treatment group was 63% ,while that of the control group was 44% ;And the difference between them had statistical significance（P 〈 0.05 ）. In terms of the curative effect of swelling disappearance, the effective rate of the treatment group was 68% , while that of the control group was 59% ; And the difference between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：Traumatology xanthate has a remarkable clinical curative effect on early fracture of tibia and fibula, and can relieve the patients＇ pain and swelling degree.
