中西医结合治疗复发性流产临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗复发性流产的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年1月—2013年6月本院就诊的复发性流产患者共150例,清宫术后随机分为对照组50例和治疗组100例。对照组再次妊娠前给予口服叶酸3个月,孕后给予孕酮、绒毛膜促性腺激素,并辅以维生素E胶丸、叶酸保胎治疗;治疗组孕前根据中医辨证,肾气亏损者口服补肾益气养血方,气血两虚者口服八珍汤,疗程结束再次妊娠后治疗同对照组比较两组患者妊娠成功率。结果:对照组妊娠成功率为58%,治疗组妊娠成功率为82%,两组妊娠成功率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗复发性流产可显著提高妊娠成功率。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on recurrent abortion. Methods：One hundred and fifty patients with recun＇ent abortion who were treated in our hospital between Jan. of 2012 and Jun. of 2013 were randomly divided into the control grnup and the treatment group after receiving curettage, with 50 and 100 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given folic acid for oral administration before pregnancy ,proges- terone and human chorinnic gonadotropin after pregnancy supplemented with vitamin e capsules and folic acid for tocolytic thera- py. The ones in the treatment group were given Bushen Yiqi Yangxie Prescription（BSYQYXP） for oral administration for the pa- tients with deficient kidney qi ,Eight Gem Decoction for the patients with deficient qi and blood according to TCM syndrome differ- entiation. After the treatment course was over,when the patient was pregnant again, the two groups＇ pregnant successful rates were compared. Results：The pregnant successful rate of the control group was 58% ,while that of the treatment group was 82% ;And the difference between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can effectively improve the pregnant successful rate of patients with recurrent abortion.
