针刺治疗失眠疗效评价的新思路

摘　　要：针刺治疗失眠疗效确切,但其疗效评价即无统一标准,又缺乏客观化,更不能体现中医疗效评价的特点,其准确度也难以被人们所信服,这也阻碍了针灸学进一步发展。所以为了使针刺在治疗失眠方面更好的被人们认可,也能够使针灸在世界范围内进一步的发展的需要,笔者提出了用针刺治疗失眠前后脉图参数的变化来对其疗效进行客观化评价。针刺的疗效可以通过"气至"与否来判断,而"气至"与否又可以通过脉象的变化来判断,从而可以通过针刺治疗失眠前后脉象的变化,对其疗效做出评价。现在的智能脉象仪的出现,脉图参数的分析,为其疗效的客观化评价提供了技术基础。不仅可以通过针刺治疗失眠前后的脉图改变进行客观化疗效评估,还可以通过对一次针刺治疗前后脉象变化进行客观化疗效预测,其优越性有四点:1可以随时测知失眠患者针刺治疗的效果,预测其疗效,进而可以调整治疗方案,避免耽误患者的病情;2有利于节约医疗资源,更大程度的减轻患者的痛苦;3采用脉图参数作为检测指标,具有客观性,避免医生和患者的主观感觉产生分歧,保证其疗效检测的准确性;4此为无创性检测。Acupuncture has a remarkable clinical curative effect on insomnia, but its evaluation of curative effect has neither uni- fied standards nor objectivity and TCM characteristics;Its accuracy cannot be convinced,which further influences development of acupuncture and moxibustion. So in order to make acupuncture better recognized by people in treating insomnia,and make it fur- ther develop over the world ,the author puts forward that curative effect of acupuncture can be objectively evaluated by observing change of pulse parameters before and after the treatment. The curative effect of acupuncture can he reasonably judged by ＂qi arri- val＂ which can be judged by change of pulse condition. At present, the appearance of intelligent pulse condition analyzer and pulse parameters analysis have provided a technology base for objective evaluation of the acupuncture efficacy which is made not only by observing the general pulse changes before and ＇after acupuncture, but also observing only one times＇ pulse condition change before and after acupuncture, hs advantage has the following four points：It can measure the efficiency of acupuncture on patients with insomnia at any time, forecast its effect, adjust the treatment program and avoid delaying the illness. It can help save medical resources, and greatly relieve the patients＇ pain. Pulse parameters as detection index have objectivity, avoid sub- jective differences between doctors and patients,and guarantee accuracy of effect detection. @It is a kind of detection without in- jury.
