悬吊运动疗法配合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察悬吊运动疗法配合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年6月—2014年6月在本院康复医学科接受治疗的CSR患者50例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。对照组给予常规推拿手法治疗,观察组给予悬吊运动疗法配合推拿手法治疗。分别于治疗前、治疗后、治疗后1个月观察两组患者的治疗效果以及视觉模拟评分(Visual analogue score,VAS)、颈椎功能障碍指数(The Neck Disability Index,NDI)、颈椎病临床评价量表(Clinical assessment scale for cervical spondylosis,CASCS)评分变化。结果:观察组治疗后、治疗后1个月有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后、治疗后1个月VAS、NDI、CASCS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:悬吊运动疗法配合推拿手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效显著。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of suspension movement therapy in combination with massage therapy on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy（CSR）. Methods：Fifty patients with CSR who were treated in the rehabilitation department our hospital between June of 2013 and June of 2014 were chosen as the research objects,and randomly divided into the observa- tion group and the control group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine massage therapy, while the ones in the observation group were added suspension movement therapy based on the treatment of the control group. Then the two groups＇ clinical curative effects before and after the treatment and one month later ＇after the treatment respectively,and changes of their Visual analogue score（VAS） ,The Neck Disability Index（ N DI）, Clini- cal assessment scale for cervical spondylosis（CASCS） were observed. Resuhs：The clinical curative effective rate after the treat- ment and one month later ＇after the treatment respectively of the observation group were all better than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The VAS,NDI and CASCS scores of the observation group were all better than those of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ：Suspension movement therapy in combination with massage therapy has a remarkable clinical curative effect on CSR.
