耳穴刺络放血合补肾安神胶囊治疗顽固性失眠20例

摘　　要：目的:观察耳穴刺络放血合用补肾安神胶囊治疗顽固性失眠的临床疗效。方法:20例顽固性失眠患者给予点刺耳穴(耳尖、神门)配合口服补肾安神胶囊法治疗,连续治疗2个月,观察临床疗效及患者焦虑抑郁状态改变情况。结果:20例患者中痊愈7例,显效8例,有效3例,无效2例,有效率为90.0%,患者焦虑抑郁状态改善率为95.0%。结论:耳穴刺络放血配合补肾安神胶囊治疗顽固性失眠疗效满意,且能改善患者的焦虑抑郁状态。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of ear acupoint heated needling tor bleeding in combination with Bush- en Anshen Capsule on intractable insomnia. Methods：Twenty patients with intractable insomnia were given pricking method into ear＇s points：Erjian（ Ex-HN 6） and Shenmen（MA） in combination with Bushen Anshen Capsule for 2 months continuously. Then the two groups＇ clinical curative eftects,and changes of anxiety and depression of patients were observed. Results：Among the 20 cases,7 were cured ;8 were obviously effective ;3 were effective ;2 were ineffective ; The effective rate was 90.0%. The improve- ment rate of the patients＇ anxiety and depression was 95.0%. Conclusion：Ear aeupoint heated needling for bleeding in combina- tion with Bushen Anshen Capsule has a satisfactory clinical curative effect on intractable insomnia,and can improve the patients＇ anxiety and depression.
