关节镜配合桃红四物汤治疗膝关节色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎36例

摘　　要：目的:观察关节镜微创配合中药对膝关节色素沉着绒毛结节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法:选取膝关节色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎患者36例,36例患者采用关节镜配合桃红四物汤口服治疗。结果:治疗前膝关节功能Lysholm评分为(46.5±5.5)分,治疗后膝关节功能Lysholm评分为(93.5±4.5)分,治疗前后能Lysholm评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膝关节镜微创技术配合活血化瘀中药辨证施治治疗膝关节色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎创伤小、功能恢复快,并发症少,患者容易接受。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of arthroscope in combination with Decoction of Seminis Persicae and Carthami with Four Ingredients（DSPCFI） on knee joints pigmented vilhmodular synovitis. Methods ：Thirty-six patients with knee joints pigmented villonodular synovitis were treated with arthroseope in combination with DSPCFI for oral administration. Results： In lemls of Lysholm,knee joints function scores before and after the treatment were （46.5 ±5.5 ） and （ 93.5 ±4.5 ） respectively. And the differences between them had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Knee arthroseope minimally invasive tech- nology in combination with DSPCFI for activating blood and relieving stasis in treating pigmented villonodular synovitis can make the wound smaller,the function recover quickly,the eomplicatinns fewer and the patients easily accept the therapy.
