补阳还五汤促进周围神经损伤修复的药理研究

摘　　要：补阳还五汤防治周围神经损伤虽有一定的疗效但其机制还不明确,可能有以下药理作用:1增强机体的特异性和非特异性免疫功能,提高抗病能力;2改善血液流变性,抑制血小板聚集,减少微血栓发生,改善损伤处神经的微循环,防止神经损伤局部的组织缺氧;3促进能量代谢;4保护神经元;促进施万细胞增殖与髓鞘形成,利于神经纤维再生;6促进血管新生。其单味药具有改善微循环、提高免疫功能、保护神经元、促进神经再生及延缓肌萎缩等作用,其中黄芪的作用最为显著。通过补充微量元素硒、提高免疫功能、改善微循环障碍对萎缩肌肉生长的内环境有着不可低估的影响。Yang-Supplementing and Five-Returning Decoction has certain curative effect on preventing and treating peripheral nerves damage, but its working mechanism is still not clear, and may have following pharmacological roles：（1）It can enhance body＇ s specific and non specific immunity, improve resistance capacity. （2）lt can improve blood rheologieal property, inhibit platelet ag- gregation,reduce micro-thrombosis occurrence, and improve organization hypoxia of neural injury local. （3）It can promote energy metabolism. （4）It can protection neurons. （5）lt can improve Schwann cell proliferation and formation of pulp sheath, and is condu- cive to neural fiber regeneration.（6）It can promote blood vessels renewed. Each single herb can improve microcirculation, enhance immune function, protect neu,＇ons, promote nerve regeneration and delay muscle atrophy. Among of the composed herbs, Huangqi （Radix Astragali） has the most significant role. In a word, Yang-Supplementing and Five-Returning Decoction can supplement se- lenium, improve immunity, enhance microcirculation ba, has remarkable influence on growth the internal environment of growing muscle atrophy.
