中西医结合护理溃疡性结肠炎49例

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合护理溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2012年1月—2014年1月的溃疡性结肠炎患者98例,随机分为对照组与研究组各49例。对照组给予肠舒汤结合柳氮磺吡啶治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上联合护理干预,观察两组患者临床疗效。结果:研究组的肠胃与心理情况均明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合护理溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著。Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of Combined Therapy of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on ulcerative colitis （UC）. Methods： Ninety-eight patients with UC who were treated in our hospital between January of 2012 and January of 2014 were randomly divided into the control group and the research group, with 49 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given Changshu Decoction （CSD） in combination with sulfasalzine, while the ones in the research group were added nursing intervention based on the treatment of the control group. Then the clinical curative effects of the two groups were observed. Results：Gastrointestinal and mental situation of the research group were significantly better than tbnse of tbe control group,and the differences between the two groups had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Combined therapy of tradi- tional Chinese and Western medicine has remarkable clinical curative effect on UC.
