罗库溴铵与维库溴铵在全麻诱导期抑制咳嗽反应的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:对比观察罗库溴铵与雏库溴铵在全麻诱导期对咳嗽反应的抑制效果。方法:选取2011年6月至2013年7月收治需全身麻醉的手术患者116例,按照随机平行分组法随机分为两组分别使用罗库溴铵与维库溴铵,对比观察全麻诱导期咳嗽反应及临床情况。结果:罗库溴铵组咳嗽反应明显较轻,气管插管即刻咳嗽较少,起效时间短、不良反应少,相比维库溴铵组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义结论:罗库溴铵与维库溴铵在全麻诱导期均能有效抑制咳嗽反应,但罗库溴铵抑制效果更为理想,且起效快、并发症少。Objective：To compare and observe the effect of rocuronium bromide and vecuronium bromide inhibiting cough response during general anesthesia induction.Methods：116 cases with general anesthesia in our hospital from June 2011 to July 2013 were selected and divided into two groups randomly.And two groups were treated with rocuronium bromide and vecuronium bromide respectively.The cough response and clinical conditions during general anesthesia induction of two groups was compared and observed.Results：For the rocuronium bromide group,the cough response reduced evidently,the cough reduced for tracheal intubation,and the onset time was short and there were fewer adverse reactions.Compared with the vecuronium bromide group,the difference had statistical significance,P〈0.05.Conlcusion：Rocuronium bromide and vecuronium bromide can effectively inhibit cough response during general anesthesia induction.But the rocuronium bromide has more ideal effect,and it is faster to take effect and there are fewer complications.
