摘　　要：经济全球化日益发展,世界各国证券市场越来越完善,推动中国证券市场加快了步伐。本文着重聚焦中国证券市场的现状,分析中国证券存在的问题,如投资品种单一化、上市企业质量较差、上市操作不规范、证券商实力薄弱、法律法规不健全等,并针对问题一一提供发展对策。期望本研究能够为相关同行研究中国证券市场提供可操作性建议。Because the development of economic globalization,world securities markets becomes more perfect,and promote China＇s securities market has accelerated the pace. This paper focuses status of China＇s securities market, analyze the China Securities the problems, such as the simplification of investment products, poor quality of listed companies, listed operations are not standardized, securities dealers strength is weak, inadequate laws and regulations, etc., and all provided development Strategy for the problem. Expect this study to provide operational advice to China＇s securities market.
