摘 要:针对注射模结构分析模型创建过程繁琐且依赖于工程师经验等问题,提出了一种基于标准装配框架的注射模结构分析模型自动创建方法。在NX 10.0平台的建模环境下完成几何信息及工程信息的识别,以工程属性为媒介实现信息从CAD模型到离散模型的映射,从而实现高级仿真环境下网格的自动划分、载荷的自动施加及约束的自动指定,以此完成注射模结构分析模型的自动创建,提升了注射模设计效率。In order to solve these problems that the generating procedure of structure analy- sis model for injection mould was very tedious and relied on designer's experience exces- sively. An automatic method based on standard assembly was proposed. The geometric and engineering information was recognized in the modeling environment of NX 10.0 platform, and the information was mapped from CAD model to discrete model by using engineering attributes as the medium. Then the mesh generation, loads applying and constraints apply- ing were all finished automatically in advanced simulation environment. So the automatic generation of structure analysis model was finished.
