摘　　要：设计了一种方波电压源,可用来代替光电导太赫兹天线系统中的机械斩波器。根据功能提出了方波电压源的总体设计结构,给出了DDS方波等电路的设计方案;再根据光电导太赫兹天线的参数要求和方波电压源的参数,通过调试和实验,设计的方波电压源实现了5 V^80 V可调方波电压的输出,方波电压最大幅度输出时误差<0.22%,能够满足太赫兹探测系统的需要,大大缩减太赫兹探测系统的体积,提高了太赫兹探测系统的效率。This paper focuses on design of square wave voltage source which is to applied THz photoconductive an？tenna and replaces mechanical chopper. The overall design structure of square wave voltage source has been pro？posed and the DDS square wave circuits developed according to a need of the functionality. Meanwhile,illustrated the parameter requirements of THZ photoconductive antenna and the parameter of square wave voltage source , through debugging and the experiment,the square wave voltage source has been built. This square wave voltage source provides 5 V^80 V adjustable square wave voltage with the maximal amplitude output error within 0.22%. It greatly reduces the volume and improves the efficiency of the THz detection system.
