摘  要:某复杂铅锌金银多金属矿富含多种有价元素,工艺矿物学研究表明,该矿矿石性质复杂,有害杂质砷含量相对较高。采用优先浮选原则流程对该矿进行了试验研究,取得了较好的分选指标,砷在铅精选流程中得到较好抑制。闭路试验结果获得的铅精矿品位66.25%、铅回收率83.27%,锌精矿品位61.13%、锌回收率91.11%,金、银主要在铅精矿中得到富集,金、银的综合回收率分别为82.54%、94.77%。It 's a Pb-Zn-Au-Ag polymetallic ore with several valuable elements in the ore,the process mineralogy study showed that the property of the polymetallic ore was very complicated,the content of detrimental impurity of arsenic was relatively high. Selective flotation process was adopted to treat the ore,and good searation indicators were obtained,inhibitory effect of arsenic is very good. Closed-circuit results showed that the lead concentrate containing 66. 25% Pb with recovery of 83. 27%,zinc concentrate containing 61. 13% Zn with recovery of 91. 11% were obtained,and the gold and silver were enriched in the concenteates of lead with comprehensive recovery of 82. 54% and 94. 77%.
