摘  要:针对单系列磨矿流程处理能力由15 kt/d增加到了19 kt/d,磨矿细度降低较多,为了达到设计的磨矿产品细度指标-74μm占61%,进行了钢球级配小型试验研究、原矿不同粒级的浮选试验研究。得出可以通过改变球磨机钢球配比,来实现磨矿产品细度的提高和各粒级的优化。工业试验结果表明球磨机钢球配比在Φ60∶Φ40=1∶2后,+175μm粒级产率较之前明显降低,+175μm含量与只加Φ80 mm球时相比降低了6.14%。该粒级含量降低对提高浮选铜、钼回收率非常有利。加小球后磨矿细度明显提高,-74μm细度总体上较加小直径钢球前提高了3.41%。Aim at processing capacity of single series grinding increased from 15 kt / d to 19 kt / d,numerous small-scale tests of steel ball grading and flotation tests with different particle sizes were conducted in order to reaching to 61% of- 74 μm grinding fineness designed. It was shown that increasing the grinding fineness and optimizing the each fraction would be achieved by changing the steel ball grading ratio. The yield of + 175 μm fractions were apparently reduced when the grading ratio was Φ60 ∶ Φ40 = 1 ∶ 2,the content of + 175 μm was decreased by 6. 41% compared to just filling with Φ80 mm steel balls,which was benefit for increasing Cu Mo recovery. The grinding fineness(- 74 μm) was increased by 3. 41% after filling small diameter of steel balls compared to before filling.
