摘  要:为了明确水稻再生后期耐寒生理生化特性,以东乡野生稻、淮稻9号和籼稻9311等6个水稻品种为试验材料。在水稻再生苗后期,测定了5项耐寒性生理指标。结果显示:1野生稻表现为极度耐寒,其叶绿素、脯氨酸、可溶性糖和蛋白等4项指标均表现最高值,电导率表现最低值;2籼稻9311表现出极为冷敏感,其各项生理生化指标值排名与野生稻正好相反;3热粳35、糯稻89-1、武运粳24和淮稻9号表现出不同程度耐寒性,其生理指标值界于野生稻与籼稻9311之间。研究表明,述生理生化指标可用来作为耐寒越冬水稻材料筛选的标准。同时,野生稻可作为耐寒越冬基因挖掘和培育耐寒越冬稻新品种的重要基因资源。In order to understand the physiobiochemical characters of cold tolerance in ratooning rice of different varieties,five different physiological and biochemical indices for cold tolerance were measured in rationing rice plants of six varieties / cultivars including Oryza rufipogon Griff.,four japonica cultivars(Rejing35,Noudao 89-1,Wuyunjing 24 and Huaidao 9) and one indica cultivar(9311). The results indicated that:(i) Oryza rufipogon Griff. plants had the highest value for chlorophyl,proline,soluble sugar and soluble protein contents and the lowest value for electrolyte leakage.(ii) The indica cultivar 9311 had the lowest value and the highest value for electrolyte leakage among the varieties / cultivars tested.(iii) The values of the four japonica varieties lied between those of the above mentioned two varieties. The results demonstrated the utility of using physiological and biochemical indices to select cold tolerance in rationing rice and also the value of Oryza rufipogon Griff. as a valuable resource for cold tolerance genes of over winter cold tolerance varieties in future breeding program.
