摘 要:为城市生态系统节肢动物多样性的保护提供基础资料,对贵阳学院慈竹、八角金盘、红叶李、四季桂、苏铁、红花檵木、小叶女贞和毛鹃等8种典型校园植被上的节肢动物进行了调查鉴定。结果表明:在贵阳学院8种典型校园植被上共有节肢动物934个,隶属3纲17目77科91类,优势类群为蜘蛛目(Araneae)和叶蝉科(Cicadellidae)。不同植被间节肢动物类群数、个体数、Shannon-Wiener指数(H')、丰富度指数(D)和优势度指数(C)均有显著差异(P<0.01),均匀度指数(E)差异不明显(P>0.05)。植被变化对节肢动物常见类群、稀有类群节肢动物群落组成的相似性有较大影响。节肢动物群落组成及多样性在不同植被间存在显著差异,植被变化和人为干扰是影响其分布的重要因素。The arthropod in eight typical campus vegetations of Neosinocalamus affinis,Fatsia japonica,Prunus cerasifera,Osmanthus fragrans,Cycas revoluta Thunb,Loropetalum chinense,Ligustrum quihoui and Rhododendron pulchrum was investigated and identified to provide the basic data for protection of arthropod diversity in urban ecosystem. Results: There were 934 arthropods(91 groups,77 families,17 orders and 3 classes) in eight typical campus vegetations of Guiyang University and the dominant groups were Araneae and Cicadellidae. There are significant differences(P〈0. 01) in group number,individual number,Shannon-Wiener index(H),diversity index(D) and Simpson index(C) among different vegetations but there is no difference(P〉0. 05) in Pielou index(E) among different vegetation variation had great influence on the similarity of common arthropod groups and rare arthropod community composition. There was significant difference in community composition and diversity of arthropod among different vegetations. Vegetation variation and human disturbance were the key factors to arthropod distribution in Guiyang university.
