摘 要:为了对烟草伸根期的快速抗旱鉴定提供参考,以随机筛选的13份烟草品种为材料,采用盆栽方法,在伸根期用称重法进行连续14 d干旱处理(土壤相对含水量为30%~35%),比较叶片的MDA含量、SOD活性和POD活性变化,并以其为联合指标对13份烟草品种进行抗旱性鉴定。结果表明:与正常生长的烟叶相比,随着干旱时间的延长,供试材料叶片的MDA含量增加,SOD活性和POD活性增强;高抗材料韭菜坪2号经干旱处理理7 d后,MDA含量显著降低18.45%,干旱处理14 d后,MDA含量显著降低20.73%;K326和韭菜坪2号SOD活性显著升高20%以上,POD活性短时间干旱(7 d)显著升高20%以上;干旱敏感型材料经干旱处理后,MDA含量分别显著或极显著升高22.70%和42.34%,SOD活性前期(干旱7 d)略有上升后期(干旱14 d)下降,POD活性持续下降。结论:MDA含量和SOD、POD活性可以作为烟草伸根期的抗旱鉴定指标,以称重法控制土壤含水量,采用隶属函数法对材料进行评价是一种快速准确的烟草抗旱性鉴定方法。The leaf MDA content and SOD and POD activity of tobacco seedlings planted in pots with 30 %- 50 % of soil relative water content for 7 and 14 d were determined at root extending stage and then the drought resistance of 13 tobacco varieties was identified by using the indexes to provide a reference for rapid drought resistance identification of tobacco seedlings at root extending stage. Results: The leaf MDA content and SOD and POD activity of tested tobacco seedlings increases and improves with prolongation of drought time compared with those under the normal growth condition. The leaf MDA content of Jiucaiping 2 with drought resistance after 7 d and 14 d drought treatment decreases by 18. 45 % and 20. 73 % compared with CK respectively. The SOD activity of K326 and Jiucaiping 2 after 14 d drought treatment increases by more than 20 % and POD activity of K326 and Jiucaiping 2 after 7 d drought treatment increases by more than 20 %. The leaf MDA content of tobacco varieties with drought sensitive after 7 and 14 d drought treatment increases by 22. 70 % and 42. 34 % compared with CK separately. The SOD activity of tobacco varieties with drought sensitive after 7 and 14 d drought treatment increases and decreases separately. And the POD activity of tobacco varieties with drought sensitive after drought treatment decreases continuously. In conclusion,the leaf MDA content and SOD and POD activity could be used as the identification indexes of drought resistance for tobacco seedlings at root extending stage and the subordinate function method under the condition of soil water content controlled by the weighting method was a rapid and accurate method to evaluate drought resistance of tobacco varieties.
