摘　　要：目的分析7例骨折并脑型脂肪栓塞综合征（CFES）患者的诊治情况。方法选取2006年1月—2015年7月清河县人民医院收治的骨折并CFES患者7例,回顾性分析其诊断及治疗过程。结果 7例CFES患者中5例发生在骨折创伤后,2例发生在骨折固定术后。4例患者经积极综合治疗3-28 d后意识逐渐好转,其中2例患者遗留不同程度的认知功能障碍,2例患者并发大脑半球多发脂肪栓塞,后经积极治疗无效死亡1例,持续植物生存状态1例。结论骨折或骨折术后早期出现精神症状、意识障碍者应高度警惕CFES,并及时采取综合治疗措施以有效保护脑功能,促进骨折愈合。Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of 7 fracture patients complicated with cerebral fat embolization syndrome. Methods A total of 7 fracture patients complicated with cerebral fat embolization syndrome were selected in the People＇s Hospital of Qinghe County from January 2006 to July 2015,their diagnostic and therapeutic process was retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 7 cases,5 cases occurred cerebral fat embolization syndrome after fracture,other 2cases occurred cerebral fat embolization syndrome after fracture fixation; 4 cases＇ consciousness gradually improved after 3 to 28days＇ positive comprehensive treatment, thereinto 2 cases complicated with varying degrees of cognitive disorder, 2 cases complicated with multiple fat embolism in cerebral hemisphere,including 1 dead case caused by invalid active treatment and 1case with persistent vegetative state. Conclusion Fracture patients or early postoperative fracture patients performed as psychiatric symptoms and conscious disturbance should be pay more attentions to, in case of the occurrence of cerebral fat embolization syndrome,clinicians should adopt comprehensive treatment measures to protect the cerebral function and promote the recovery of fracture.
