五苓散联合重组人p53腺病毒注射液治疗恶性心包积液的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察五苓散联合重组人p53腺病毒注射液治疗恶性心包积液的临床疗效。方法选取2010年10月—2014年10月深圳市南山区人民医院肿瘤科收治的恶性心包积液患者60例(随访期间脱落9例),随机分为对照组24例和治疗组27例。对照组患者予以顺铂治疗,治疗组患者予以五苓散联合重组人p53腺病毒注射液治疗;两组患者均连续治疗1周。比较两组患者临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论五苓散联合重组人p53腺病毒注射液治疗恶性心包积液的临床疗效确切,安全性高。Objective To observe the clinical effect of wuling powders combined with human recombinant p53 adenovirus injection in treating malignant pericardial effusion. Methods From October 2010 to October 2014,a total of 60 patients with malignant pericardial effusion were selected in the People＇ s Hospital of Nanshan District,Shenzhen,thereinto 9cases withdrawed during the follow- up,then other 51 cases were randomly divided into control group（ n = 24） and treatment group（ n = 27）. Patients of control group received cisplatin, while patients of treatment group received wuling powders combined with human recombinant p53 adenovirus injection; both groups continuously treated for 1 week. Clinical effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effect of treatment group was statistically significantly better than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）,while the incidence of adverse reactions of treatment group was statistically significantly lower than that of control group. Conclusion Wuling powders combined with human recombinant p53 adenovirus injection has certain clinical effect in treating malignant pericardial effusion,and is safe.
