职业教育集团的内涵、类型与特征研究

摘　　要：职业教育集团是职业教育办学体制改革应运而生的一种新型组织和模式,按照职业教育集团化办学的主体构成和运行特征不同,职业教育集团分为行业型(专业型)、区域型和复合型职业教育集团。按照职业教育集团成员单位的联结方式的不同,职业教育集团划分为资产联结型、契约联结型、资产-契约混合联结型职业教育集团。职业教育集团在人才培养和经济发展与社会稳定上有着不可或缺的重要作用。Vocational education group is a new organization and model, which conforms to the management sys- tem reform Of vocational education. According to the different characteristics of the major component and operation characteristics of the vocational education group, vocational education group is divided into industry type （professional type）, regional type and compound type vocational education group. According to the different connection ways of the member units, the vocational education group is divided into the group with asset as the linkage, the group with contract as the linkage, and asset-contract mixed group. Vocational education group plays an indispens- able role in talent training, economic development and social stability.
