高校校友资源的开发与运用初探

摘　　要：校友是高等学校的一笔宝贵财富,校友资源的开发与运用是摆在广大校友工作者面前的一项重大课题。作者通过校友资源在高校品牌、教育、信息、资金、就业等方面的价值分析,提出开发校友资源必须明确思想、提高认识,充分发挥校友会的职能,加强校友信息平台的搭建,明确服务意识,建立母校与校友共同成长的长效机制,实现校友资源的可持续性开发。Digging and using the alumni resources is a valuable asset for the colleges and universities. Through the analysis of alumni resources in colleges and universities in the aspects such as the brand, education, informa- tion, capital, employment and other aspects of the value analysis, this paper puts forward that it should be done to have clear idea of developing the alumni resources, improve the awareness, make full use of the alumni resources, strengthen the construction of information platform for the alumni, define the awareness of service, build the lasting and effective system for the development of the universities and the alumni, implement the continuous exploration of alumni resources.
