摘　　要：浸渍器螺旋轴在工作中因突发事故被挤压发生严重变形和破损,因无备件,导致整个APMP生产线停产待修。本文针对该复合螺旋轴结构设计了切割、探伤、校形和焊接的紧急修复方案,经63 h修复,螺旋轴各项指标达到使用要求并恢复生产。Because of the accident a macerator screw shaft has been squeezed and has serious bending deformation and breakage. It caused the APMP production line shut down for repair. According to the structure of screw shaft, an emergency repair plan is carried out, after cutting, inspection, shape correction and welding, the shaft was repaired in less than 63 hours, the indicators of the shaft meet the requirements of production.
