摘 要:自行搭建了Φ50mm固液混合发动机实验系统,用于燃料燃面退移速率的测试及燃料筛选;表征了称重法求燃面退移速率的可靠性,尝试了中断燃烧法求燃料燃面退移速率公式的技术;研究了AP/TBF和纳米铝粉对MA/HTPB/石蜡燃料燃面退移速率的影响。实验结果表明:本实验系统用于测定燃料的燃面退移速率可行,误差低于5%;中断燃烧法可快速、经济、真实地获得燃面退移速率公式;AP/TBF和200nm Al均可大幅度提高MA/HTPB/石蜡燃料的燃面退移速率和密流指数n。气氧的密流Gox=150kg/(m2·s)时,含AP/TBF燃料的燃面退移速率比基础配方提高0.319mm/s,增幅为25.2%;含5wt%200nm Al燃料的燃面退移速率增加0.188mm/s,增幅为14.9%。The measurement techniques of solid fuel regression-rate and fuel selection were studied by the self-established Φ50mm hybrid motor tester. The reliability of regression rate obtained by weight loss method was investigated. The interrupted-burns test method to obtain the regression-rate formula was investigated. The ac- tion of AP/TBF and 200nmA1 on the regression-rates of MA/HTPB/paraffin-based fuels was also investigated. The experimental results show that it is feasible to measure the regression rate of fuel in this hybrid tester, and the test result error is lower than 5%. The regression-rate formula of a fuel can be obtained by means of the inter- rupted-burns test quickly and economically. AP/TBF and nano-A1 powder (200nmA1) could increase the re- gression-rate of the fuels and the exponent (n) of oxidizer mass flux rate ( Gox ) greatly. When AP/TBF was added into the fuels and Gox is 150kg/(m2·s), the regression-rate increases by 0.319 mm/s compared with that of the basic composition, which is up to 25.2%. The regression-rate of fuels with 5wt% of nano-A1 (200nm) in- creases by 0.188mm/s compared with that of basic composition, which is up to 14.9%
