摘　　要：通过研究LED输入电功率、结温和寿命三者之间的内在联系,研制了LED寿命加速测试系统,建立了结温-电光-寿命预测数学模型,分析LED输入电流和寿命之间的直接对应关系,可计算出LED灯具的实际寿命.By exploring the inherent relations of LEDinput power, temperature and life, the research en-deavors to develop an LED accelerated life testingsystem, set up a mathematical model of temperatureand electro-optical life forecast. The paper maintainsthat the actual life of the LED lamp can be calculatedby analyzing the direct corresponding relation betweenthe LED input current and its lifetime.
