摘 要:针对重冰区导线脱冰跳跃容易引起闪络和倒塔事故,采用相间间隔棒优化重冰区线路的建设方案.通过对脱冰跳跃时的塔线耦合体系的动力分析,可以有效降低导线脱冰跳跃高度60%左右,减小不平衡张力约30%,同时还能控制导线线间的接近距离,缩小塔头尺寸,优化塔材指标.通过综合造价比较分析,可节省本体投资约3%,并大幅降低因脱冰跳跃引起的事故概率.Targeted at the flashovers and tower failures caused by ice-shedding, this paper proposes a new con-struction scheme of the transmission line in heavy ice areas with phase space. The results of the dynamic analysisof the tower-hne coupling system show that the scheme can effectively reduce wire ice-shedding height by ap-proximately 60%, reduce the unbalanced tension by 30% or so; meanwhile it can control the distance betweenwires, reduce the size of the tower head, and optimize tower materials index. Through the comparative analysis ofcomprehensive cost, the scheme can save approximately 3 % of the total investment and substantially reduce theprobability of accidents caused by ice-shedding.
