摘　　要：本文发现在"S有的是NP"句中,"有""的""是"的认知功能分别是建构参照关系、"基体-指向"概念化模式和概念间的对应关系;"S有的"指向认知目标,参照关系是这一指向的概念基体;句式的构式整合,驱动因素是S与参照点、"S有的"的指向与NP之间的对应关系;大量NP的生成是概念化主体将参照点S激活的全部认知目标概念化为同一NP和主观性双重作用的产物。The achieved findings are as follows：（ 1） The cognitive functions of you,de,and shi are to construct CRP,＂base-profile＂conceptual model and conceptual correspondence;（ 2） ＂S youde＂profiles cognitive target,with CRP as the conceptual base;（ 3） The CI of this syntactical structure is motivated by the correspondences between S and reference point and between the profile of＂S youde＂and NP;（ 4） All cognitive targets evoked by reference point are conceptualized as the same NP,which,with subjectivity of language together,have laid the foundation for the emergence of large quantity of NP
