摘　　要：经过半个世纪的发展,语言规划与政策在西方渐趋成熟,而在中国语言政策与规划作为概念的出现和使用还非常短。本文探讨中国语境中语言政策和规划的出现时间、意义演变等,认为今后对语言规划与政策的研究应该更加深入与细化。Although the practice of＂language policy and planning＂in human history has long existed,but the time of＂language policy and planning＂in China is not long. After half a century of development,＂language policy and planning＂in the West has gradually become mature. In this paper,we discuss the time and the evolution of＂language policy and planning＂in the context of China; to explore the reason. We think that in the future＂language policy and planning＂research on should be deepened and refined.
