摘 要:围绕含丁二酸钠发酵液的分离提取,针对丁二酸钠转化为酸的问题,采用了离子交换吸附法,对丁二酸钠溶液中的钠离子进行了吸附研究。选用了3种强酸性阳离子交换树脂JK006,HZ016和HD82,以平衡吸附时间、平衡吸附量为指标,进行了间歇吸附实验,结果表明:阳离子交换树脂中,JK006对钠离子的吸附效果最好,其平衡吸附量可达57 mg/g,吸附平衡时间为90 s;分别采用了Langmuir模型、Freundlich模型和Temkin模型,对钠离子在阳离子树脂上的吸附等温数据进行了拟合分析,并建立传质模型对间歇吸附过程进行描述,结果表明:钠离子在树脂JK006上的吸附符合单分子层吸附,本文所建立的传质吸附模型可用来描述丁二酸钠溶液中钠离子的间歇吸附过程,该过程受内扩散及外扩散联合作用。For the process of converting sodium succinate into acid from fermentation liquid of sodium succinate,the adsorption of sodium ions from sodium succinate solution by cation exchange resin was investigated. Three different cationic resins( JK006、HZ016 and HD82) were used for the batch adsorption experiments,the batch adsorption was conducted with equilibrium time and equilibrium capacity as index. The results show that the cation exchange resin JK006 is best,the adsorption equilibrium capacity is up to 57 mg / g,and the adsorption equilibrium time is 90 s.The Langmuir,Freundlich and Temkinare were fitted for the adsorption isotherms of sodium ions,the mass transfer model was established for describing batch adsorption process of sodium ions by the cation resin. The results show that the highest degree of fitting is Langmuir isotherm equation,and the adsorption of sodium ions on the resin JK006 conforms to monolayer adsorption. The mass transfer adsorption model established can be used to describe batch adsorption process of sodium ions in sodium succinate solution,and the process is dominated by both internal diffusion and external diffusion.
