摘  要:以孙家壕(SJH)髙铝煤气化残渣为原料,采用纯碱烧结联合水溶的方法提取高铝煤灰中的氧化铝。用X射线衍射仪分析了SJH煤灰和经过碳酸钠煅烧活化的SJH煤灰熟料的矿物相组成。XRD分析结果表明:铝以Al_2O_3的形式赋存于SJH煤灰中,当以质量比为1∶1加入碳酸钠的SJH煤灰在850℃煅烧活化1 h后,煤灰熟料中的铝则主要以Na_(1.55)Al_(1.55)Si_(0.45)O_4,NaAlO_2和Na_(1.95)Al_(1.95)Si_(0.05)O_4的形式存在。采用EDTA络合滴定法测定活化熟料中的铝在水中的溶出率,结果表明:当溶出温度为90℃,溶解时间为60 min时,溶出率达到最大值39.17%。The method of sintering with sodium carbonate combined with water dissolution was employed to extract alumina from SJH high-aluminium coal gasification residue. The SJH raw ash and the activated SJH ashes after sintering with sodium carbonate were characterized by X-ray diffractometer( XRD). The XRD patterns showed that the aluminium existed in the form of Al2O3 in SJH raw ash. The aluminium from activated SJH ash which was roasted for 1h at 1∶1( mass ratio) of Na2CO3-to-ash under 850 ℃,consisted of Na(1.55)Al(1.55)Si(0.45)O4,Na AlO2 and Na(1.95)Al(1.95)Si(0.05)O4. The complex titration with EDTA was adopted to measure the dissolution efficiency of aluminium in SJH ash activated with Na2CO3. The results show that the maximum dissolution efficiency is 39.17%at the temperature of 90 ℃ after 60 min dissolution.
