摘  要:针对当前覆膜砂冷却不均匀和冷却速度慢的问题,设计了基于MCU的覆膜砂冷却自动控制系统。该系统以MSP430F449单片机为核心控制器,配备温度传感器DS18B20,在砂温冷却壳体内部安装有多排错开排布的横向冷却水管,壳体外壁上设有检视门,在检视门上设置有6路温度传感器,用以对砂温进行采集,并反馈给MSP430F449进行处理,MSP430F449通过对温度的监视控制进水量,从而使得覆膜砂冷却控制实现自动化。通过实验证明:以水冷却系统和温度控制系统构成的砂温控制系统能够较均匀、快速的控制型砂的温度,说明该装置提高了系统的工作效率、能得到型砂较好的冷却效果。Aimed at the problems such as uneven cooling and slow cooling of coated sand in cooling process, an effective automatic control system of coated sand in cooling process was designed based on MCU. In the system, MSP430F449 MCU was used as the core controller with temperature sensor DS18B20, many transverse cooling water pipe was arranged in sand temperature cooling shell, an inspection door with 6 temperature sensors was set on the outer wall of the shell to collect the sand temperature and feed back to the MSP430F449 to control the water content through the monitoring of the temperature. The automation control of the cooling process of coated sand can be achieved. The experimental results show that the control system can evenly and fast control the sand temperature, and get better cooling effect of coated sand.
