学术评价研究的主流学术思想灵魂与学术流变史——基于光明网以及中国社会科学网相关专栏的考察

摘　　要：[目的/意义]为了主导学术评价事业的发展方向,占领传播相关信息的新媒体的制高点。[方法/过程]采取样本分析法。由"母媒体"光明网与中国社会科学网的技术力量、思想力量与学术力量决定,其具有样本相对完备性、建设性批判力量、权威性与公信力,"学术打假"与"社科评价"专栏是本研究考察中国人文社会科学学术评价状况的一个好样本。[结果/结论]基于对这个样本的考察与分析,得到如下结论:以时代意识、问题意识、领域研究意识、创新意识与实践意识等为导向,成为学术评价问题研究的主流学术思想的灵魂;问题意识的品质得到进一步提升,理论创新水平得到提高,实践意义得到强化,是学术评价问题研究的学术流变史。这两点是理论工作者在"学术评价"创新工作中的注意点。[Purpose / Significance]Its purpose is for leading the development direction of academic evaluation business,occupying the commanding heights of the new media which spread academic evaluation research information. [Method / Process] It adopts the way of taking sample analyses. The technical force,thought pow er and academic strength of ＂ mother media＂ Guang M ing online（ GM W） and Chinese Social Sciences online decide that they have the sample with relative completeness,constructive criticism,authority and credibility. It is a good sample inspecting Chinese humanities and social sciences academic evaluation condition. Based on the inspection and analysis of the sample,the author researches on the development trend of evaluation activity,and tries to grasp the rule of it,which has positive meaning. [Result / Conclusion]Through the analysis,the author gets the follow ing conclusions： Being guided by time consciousness,problem consciousness,field research consciousness,innovation consciousness and practice consciousness,becomes the soul of mainstream academic ideas about the academic evaluation research. The quality of problem consciousness has a further improvement,theoretical innovation level is improved,and the practical significance is strengthened,this is the academic rheological history about the academic evaluation research. They are the points of attention in the academic evaluation innovation work.
