摘  要:应用国产小型可转位刀片刃口钝化机2MQ6712D对PCD刀具进行钝化,验证了该方法对PCD刀具钝化的可行性。采用特殊工艺进行钝化,可以得到光滑均匀的倒圆形切削刃。采用单因素法探究了PCD刀具钝化的影响,研究了不同切削参数下钝化对表面粗糙度的影响。实验结果表明,使用钝化刀具加工1060铝合金形成的表面粗糙度比未钝化刀具低,提高了表面质量,随着进给量的增加钝化对刀具的影响越明显。在切削深度为20μm时钝化刀具所形成表面粗糙度比同等条件下其他切削深度所形成的表面粗糙度低。The research on tool edge preparation using 2MQ6712D jet is carried out, which shows that preparation of tool edge based on this jet is practicable. A better surface quality round edge can be obtained using reasonable processing parameters. Influences of edge preparation on surface roughness under different turning parameters are studied by single factor experiment. The results show that the surface roughness of workpiece machined with edge preparation tool is lower than that of untreated tool, and surface quality is improved. In addition, the influences of edge preparation on surface roughness become more pronounced with increasing feed. The surface roughness is the lowest when cutting depth is 20μm.
