摘  要:在考虑结合面建模的前提下,对一台旧型号数控机床x、y、z向的静刚度进行仿真分析,并通过试验验证了仿真方法的正确性。根据仿真结果,对旧型号机床的结构提出了四点优化方法,并通过仿真分析验证了优化的有效性。最后制造出新型号机床,并对其静刚度进行了试验测量。结果表明,与旧型号机床对比,新型号机床x、y、z向的静刚度分别提高了20.76%、17.14%、13.59%。采用该方法可经济高效地提高机床的静刚度,具有重要的工程实用价值。The static stiffness of an old model machine tool along x - ,y- ,and z- directions are finite element simulated by considering the joint modeling method, and the simulation results are verified by experimental tests. According to the simulation result,four structure optimization methods are proposed,and the effectiveness of these methods are verified by simulation. A new model machine tool is manufactured and the static stiffness of this machine tool is tested. The resuhs show that the static stiffness of the new model machine tool improved by 20, 76% ,17.14% and 13.59% respectively. The method can improve the static stiffness of a machine tool economically and efficiently which is very useful for practical engineering.
