摘 要:研究碳纳米管添加对Al_2O_3基机械陶瓷材料组织和性能的影响,并讨论热压烧结对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,添加碳纳米管后,氧化铝基复合材料断面存在碳纳米管末梢。随着碳纳米管含量的增加,碳纳米管/Al_2O_3复合陶瓷材料抗拉强度先增加后减小,碳纳米管体积含量2%时达到最大值;随着碳纳米管含量的增加,复合材料维氏硬度降低,断裂韧性先增加后减小;碳纳米管/Al_2O_3复合陶瓷材料抗拉强度随着烧结温度先增加后减小,烧结温度165℃时达到最大值941MPa。The effects of carbon nanotubes on the mierostructure and properties of Al2O3 based ceramics were studied, and the effect of hot press sintering on the mechanical properties of composites was discussed. The results show that the carbon nanotubes are present in the composite section. With the increase of carbon nanotubes content, the tensile strength of the carbon nanotube/Al2O3 composite ceramic increases firstly and then decreases, and obtains the maximum value when the carbon nanotube volume is 2%. With the increase of the carbon nanotubes content ,the microhardness of composite material decreases, and the fracture toughness increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of the carbon nanotubes content. The tensile strength of carbon nanotubes/Al2O3 ceramic composite material increases firstly and then decreases with the increasing of sintering temperature. It reached the maximum value of 941MPa at the sintering temperature of 165℃.
