非对称椭球型面零件的成型工艺方法及研究

摘　　要：通过对非对称椭球型面零件进行结构分析,将零件合理的空间中心对称排列,形成整盒形件,然后计算盒形件拉深系数及毛坯尺寸,运用Dynaform软件模拟分析,确定参数,设计模具成功压制出合格零件,一模四件。This paper analysed the structure of asymmetrical ellipsoid parts and symmetrically arranged them to a whole part. Then the drawing coefficient and blank size of the part were calculated; and deform processing parameters were optimized by using Dynaform software. Finally, the drawing mould was desgined and the part, which containes four asymmetrical ellipsoid parts, was manufactured successfully.
