关于石油地质实验领域计量器具管理的思考

摘　　要：为了摆脱石油地质实验领域计量器具在量值溯源过程中,既无法得到法定计量检定机构或政府计量部门授权的检定机构的检定和校准,又无法通过专用计量器具标准装置或标准物质对其进行校验的局面,提高分析数据精准度,适应油田发展的需求。石油地质实验领域计量器具需要加入石油专用计量器具目录,石油专用计量器具目录亦需要石油地质实验领域计量器具的加入,使其自身量值溯源体系更加完整和规范。因此,建议建立以计算机网络为载体的计量管理信息系统,对计量器具实行数字化分类管理,其中A类由法定计量检定机构进行检定,B类、C类由石油专用计量器具检定实验室进行检定和校准。In order to get rid of the situation that in the quantity value traceability process of the measurement instruments in the petroleum geological experiment, the measurement instruments can not only get the verification and calibration of legal metrologieal verification institutions or the verification institutions authorized by government metrology department, but also can not be verified through the standard device for special measurement instruments or a standard material, and in order to improve the accuracy of the analysis data to meet the needs of the development of oil fields, the measurement instruments in the field of petroleum geology experiment need to he added to the catalogue of special measuring instruments for petroleum industry, and the catalogue also requires the addition of the measuring instruments in the field of petroleum geology experiment to make its own value traceability system more complete and standard. Therefore, it is recommended to establish a measurement management information system taking computer network as carrier for the im- plementation of the digital classification management of the measurement instruments. Among them, class A is verified by the legal metrologieal verification institutions, and class B, class C are verified and calibrated by the calibration laboratory for the petroleum special measuring instruments.
