社会医疗保障对居民健康和疾病经济负担的影响

摘　　要：国内外部分研究认为医疗保障制度对改善居民健康和减轻疾病经济负担有正向作用,而部分研究认为该证据不充分。文章利用国家宏观数据分析医保对居民健康和疾病经济负担的影响后发现:医保的是影响国民健康的因素之一;随着医保的发展和政府卫生投入的增加,个人支付占卫生总费用的比重有大幅下降,而家庭灾难性卫生支出无明显变化。Some literatures showed that social medical insurance had positive effect on improving residents＇ health and reduc- ing economic burden of diseases ,while other studies believed that the evidences were insufficient. Based on analysis of macro data, it can be concluded that social medical insurance was the factor to influence residents＇ health. With the development of medical in- surance system and increase of the governmental input on heahhcare,the ratio of personal health expenses to total health expenses reduced significantly, but the catastrophic health payment showed no obvious change.
