摘 要:根据装饰性镀铬生产的技术指标,设计出一种低纹波可调控高频开关电源。主电路采用移相全桥ZVZCS PWM变换器,通过工艺参数设定和状态反馈,由DSP芯片和模糊PID算法调整移相PWM信号的频率和脉宽,从而实现对电源波形的控制。测试结果表明:满负载状态下,低纹波可调控高频开关电源的效率大于85%,恒流精度和恒压精度均小于1%,极限纹波系数为0.933%,满足装饰性镀铬生产需求。According to the technical indexes of decorative chromium plating, a low ripple and easy controllable high-frequency switching power supply was designed. The phase-shifted full-bridge ZVZCS PWM converter was used as main circuit, and the control of power waveform was realized through setting the process parameters and state feedback and adjusting the frequency and pulse width of PWM signal by DSP chip and fuzzy PID algorithm. Tests showed that, under full load conditions, the power efficiency exceed 85%, the constant current accuracy and constant voltage accuracy are less than 1%, and the limit ripple factor is about 0. 933%, which indicating that the low ri requirements of pple and easy controllable high-frequency switching power supply meet the decorative chromium plating.
